I think my biggest problem with the weight thing is that I am so overwhelmed. It makes me hungry to think about it. I am thinking of perhaps going to a dietitian. Although I am not clear on what they do... My healthplan covers it though!
I know one thing for sure... I need a plan! In the mean time I have cut out pop, it is hard though because when we go to the bar, I am not sure what to order... I don't drink alcohol..
